CRC the Montgomery County, Maryland (MoCo) Charter Review Commission

The CRC is established in and by the MoCo Charter. It regularly reviews the MoCo Charter and suggests amendments to the MoCo Council for inclusion on the ballot for voters to consider.

The CRC consists of 11 MoCo citizens, 6 including the Chairperson appointed by the County Council and 5 including the Vice Chairperson appointed by the County Executive. No more than 6 can have the same political party affiliation.

The CRC meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 8am in the morning in the County Council building at 100 Maryland Avenue, Rockville, 6th floor conference room. Visitors are welcome.
